Your metrics and details are processed strictly under binding business service parameters. We utilize this information to:

3. Regional Compliance (Nepal Individual Privacy Act, 2075)

As a locally registered technology company, we fully honor the **Individual Privacy Act, 2075 (2018)** of Nepal. This framework establishes your strict digital entitlements:

  • Right to Know: You are entitled to receive a complete summary of the personal metrics we hold on your profile at any time.
  • Right to Correction: If your records or account configurations contain structural errors, we will modify them immediately upon receiving notice.
  • Right to Erasure: You can request that all active records, files, and server profiles associated with your services be permanently deleted. Deletions are executed across active nodes and backups within 15 working days.

4. Security Isolation & Data Retention

Your data is stored within isolated database nodes protected by secure VPC systems, SSL/TLS 1.3 transit encryption, and regular automated integrity scans.

We retain personal metrics strictly as long as necessary to complete active client contracts, fulfill accounting requirements, or comply with regional regulatory standards. Once this duration lapses, database records are permanently purged or securely anonymized.
